Partnered with business leaders to devise global talent acquisition solutions tied to business integration and transformations.Developed global reporting analytics capability and dashboards.Recruited and onboarded 150+ full time positions (covering 3 shifts) during 4-month ramp up phase.

Responsible for creating search strategies, sourcing and developing candidates, identifying key contingency, managing the interview process, closing candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Full-Cycle Recruitment responsibilities included, but not limited to the following:Requisition Phase: Consulted with hiring manager and/or HRBPM to assess departmental staffing needs, benchmark roles, conducted strategy meeting, developed strategy, and posting role.Sourcing & Recruiting Phase: Mining talent through sourcing strategy, screened candidates, and calibrates talent pool with HRBPM and hiring manager.Interview Phase: Conducted phone interviews, reviewed candidate qualifications with hiring manager, scheduled on-site interviews, and conducted final calibration with interview team.Offer Phase: Partnered with HRBPM/Comp/hiring manager, created offer letter, presented offer, managed ATS candidate disposition, and finalized start date.

Provide consultation services with special focus on recruitment/staffing, policy development, project management and training program design and delivery.

Develop and implement effective hiring and employee retention programs. Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team to ensure staffing objectives are being met and are in line with business strategy.Responsible for the management and implementation of e-learning content and training programs via Cornerstone, LMS (Learning Management System).Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.Develop and manage annual budgets for the department and perform regular cost and productivity analysis.Negotiate service level agreement with vendors.

Direct and oversee all recruitment activities, ensuring the company is effectively hiring qualified candidates while achieving targeted time to fill requirements. Also provide HR Generalist support, including, employee relations, terminations,employee training and onboarding, etc.Monitor, recommend, and implement creative, efficient and cost-effective recruiting procedures.Analyze and report on recruiting metrics to the Vice President of Human Capital.Propose and manage company wide recruiting budget.
