With over fifteen years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about creating and sustaining a positive and engaging culture that aligns with the organizational goals, mission, and values. As an Enterprise HR Business Partner at 6K, I support and lead the HR objectives for the site start up of the first PlusCAM™ facility. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have an extensive background across industries including hospitality and manufacturing. In my current role, I act as a cultural architect, a community liaison, a training designer and facilitator, and a talent pipeline creator for the enterprise. I am responsible for designing and defining the culture for the organization, building and maintaining positive relationships in the community, creating training plans and workforce readiness, and developing talent strategies to attract and retain top talent.
