I am an IT Professional experienced in Business and Systems Analysis. I work as a liaison between business clients and IT partners, collaborating closely with architects, development teams, QC, & other IT teams. My skills include requirements elicitation, analysis, design, build, implement, and production support. Playing a role in each phase of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) has helped me to strengthen my skills and broaden my knowledge in the areas of business and systems analysis. I have a keen observance for SDLC compliance. In one of my recent success stories, I introduced a regiment that showed solid improvement in my team’s adherence to project guidelines and minimized audit gaps. This implementation instituted a solid framework for successful design, build, and maintenance of our team’s projects and applications.
