I’m Amy Joseph, a recent Management Information Systems graduate, newly hired as a Business Analyst in Otis Elevator’s rotational program. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to drive impactful solutions, streamline processes, and foster inclusivity within the tech space.Through my work, both professional and volunteer, I’m committed to applying technology to solve real-world problems and create meaningful opportunities for others. I co-created The Social Circuit at Girls For Technology—a networking initiative designed to unite young professionals across industries. This community-driven platform promotes innovation, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration, breaking down barriers in tech, one connection at a time.As a mentor with Girls For Technology, I work closely with young women in STEM, helping to close the tech accessibility gap and empower the next generation of leaders. Mentorship is a core part of my mission, and I’m excited to continue building bridges in the tech industry.My technical foundation includes a strong understanding of business processes and hands-on experience with tools like SQL, C#, and Postman. I’ve developed a knack for troubleshooting and ensuring API reliability, and I’m well-versed in project management principles, working in both Agile and Waterfall environments to deliver efficient, innovative solutions. I also have experience in database management, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and a working knowledge of cloud services and the Workday platform.At my core, I’m driven by the belief that technology has the power to shape businesses, empower communities, and solve complex challenges.
