I am a passionate and motivated professional who is always looking to be challenged on a day to day basis. I am strive everyday for constant and never-ending personal and professional development. With an academic background in Biomedical Engineering and diverse experience across multiple business specialties, I bring a unique skill set and point-of-view to each problem I solve.I have experience in leadership with a particular focus on skill building, mentorship, and development. I believe that the most successful teams produce greater results as a whole than the sum of their parts. To achieve this level of performance, teams must be equipped with an effective leader that recognizes and harnesses each individual's strengths while providing guidance an coaching in their weaknesses. This is the leadership style that I bring to every team that manage.I am experienced in project management and can manage and coordinate many projects at once while still maintaining the utmost level of client success. Starting from a senior capstone design project during my academic career designing a working prototype of a prosthetic leg for an amputee patient in Malawi, Africa who lost her leg due to cancer, I developed a strong work ethic and commitment to project success regardless of any hardships along the way. I now manage a book of business of 60+ accounts and am able to implement software, instruct clients in the use of a software platform, plan for customer success, and add additional revenue streams for the company easily. I am cross-functionally skilled and a quick learner who is always looking to learn a new skill each and every day.
