  SW!TCH Futures:- To provide young people with weekly support through 1:1 mentoring as part of the SW!TCH Futures VIP mentoring framework. Weekly sessions in schools or out in the community, give a young person the opportunity to build a trusting relationship with their mentor while they gain confidence, self-determination, and agency over their future allowing them to create a brighter future for themselves.-To provide targeted positive activities both physical and creative in the local community to give young people a positive and safe place to improve their wellbeing, learn new skills and make new friends. Also, providing activity day trips and residential trips during school holidays.- Creating, preparing and delivering group workshops on serious youth violence, mental health, grooming, consent and bullying. SW!TCH Lives:-To provide intense 1:1 mentoring support to young people at risk of, or currently involved in, criminal behaviour to help them find a better path-To work alongside Havering Youth Justice team and other statutory bodies to identify at-risk young people, respond to developing issues, and ensure a truly joined-up approach to mentoring.Additional responsibilities:- To provide line management to 3 YDW’s liaising with their schools, conducting observations, 1:1’s and leading supervision in addition to providing daily telephone support.-To lead on all Youth social media, including TikTok, Instagram and Twitter.
