Analytics is a powerful tool that I enjoy using and am able to relate my findings in an understandable way. There is nothing I love more than seeing agencies grow and succeed! I grew up in the insurance business - my family still owns an agency in Ohio. I understand the insurance business from all sides (owner, consumer and company).
