• Representation of lenders, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential real estate closings from pre-closing through post-closing. Familiar with title issues and title clearing, as well as, performing due diligence in the pre-closing process for buyers and lenders for commercial purchases and refinances. Experience representing lenders and borrowers with U.S. Small Business Administration 7(a) and 504 Loans. • Research applicable law/case law and draft various pleadings, motions and memoranda including, but not limited to, complaints, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and preparation of discovery and trial materials. • Manage team of 2-4 attorneys, paralegals and staff; Assist in personnel hiring and training.• Assist partner of firm administratively while implementing office goals and procedures.• Handle office administration via billing clients and processing payments, paying office expenses, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships. • Maintain communication via email, telephone, and first class mail with clients, vendors, attorneys, and court personnel. • Specialize in litigation, estate planning, contract law, and commercial/residential lending.
