In this role, I led SnackNation's Inbound Marketing Operations. The combination of the 3 projects below allowed us to identify where our struggles and strengths were on a granular level. Every inbound lead had a dollar value (based on quality) allowing us to forecast our expected revenue down to the individual rep. Invaluable data for both the sales and executive teams.→ Marketo Quality Lead Scoring: Strategy & implementation of an inbound lead scoring model. The model was a total game changer for both the Sales & Marketing teams. Before the model, Inbound leads made up approx 21% of all new revenue booked for the company. Within 5 months of launch, that metric increased to 51%. Additionally, the marketing department saw a 76% sales revenue increase (an all-time record high!).→ Salesforce CRM Lead Handling System: At SnackNation, we faced an issue that is shared by most companies. Once a lead is handed over to sales, marketing is either in the dark on lead activity / end up "stepping on rep's toes" with unwanted comms. I created a system that took the responsibility of managing lead touch points off of the sales reps shoulders. This system would:• Ensure 100% of all touch points are made by the specified deadline• Auto set next steps and deadlines once touchpoint is made• Auto list view of action items "due today"• Full lead status transparency for sales and marketing managers• All lead handling within SFDC using standard features (no paid apps)→ Salesforce CRM Opportunity Handling System: If you use 'Opportunity' objects you likely have discovered, most 3rd party apps only integrate with Leads, Contacts, and Accounts. Not having access to Opty data from App UI can be a big problem. To get around this, I created an Opportunity handling system that would:• Auto update Opportunity records using Account Fields and Process Builder.• Combined all data into a single record for optimal reporting.• Made "opportunity" data available in 3rd party apps.
