Creating the perfect match between our different teams and for our candidates. -TA project lead for Adevinta Avenues (global catalogue leveling system based off of roles' competencies) including structuring of integrations between Workday and Smart Recruiters.-Lead for rolling out Competency-Based Interviews (toolkit build, pilot training, bringing in stakeholders from various marketplaces)-Lead for building a brand new finance/invoicing governance from 0 by liaising with TA, HR, finance and the tech side of the business. This significantly cut down time-to-pay and improved our relationships with 3rd parties.-ATS (SmartRecruiters) super admin for Adevinta at a global level, acting as main support contact for the company and rolling out the new ATS use for the company in over 10 countries. -Key contact for all integrations (Workday, LinkedIn & SmartRecruiters). Ran testing during integrations and helped with some of the builds within SmartRecruiters. Created and sent out communications and training regarding integrations.-Built all trainings for SmartRecruiters and then built them into company's intranet page. All team materials were organized and stored in a new page that I built as well. -Building and evaluating reporting based on interviews, candidate experience, candidate pipelines, etc.-Organizing 50+ interviews per week through working directly with the talent acquisition/recruitment team and creating personal connections with our interviewers (engineers)
