Work consistently to build a network and trust between partners, stakeholders, the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace (OHIM) via outreach meetings and events. Coordinate and attend regional outreach meetings as representative of ORHIM. Forming relationships with approximately 50-60 community partners and agents in 18 different counties including Tillamook, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Linn, Benton, Marion, Hood River, Wasco, Umatilla, Gilliam, Sherman, Wheeler, Grant, Baker, Wallowa, Union, and Malheur. Develop and initiate strategic social media communications plan, and manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Plan includes developing and producing videos, conducting live streams, and developing other meaningful content.Manage collateral including updates to materials as needed using Adobe InDesign.Work collaboratively with stakeholders and OHA staff to develop enrollment events and outreach strategy. Attending events to help facilitate plan implementation. Prepare and deliver presentations to educate consumers, community partners, and agents about health insurance options and the Affordable Care Act. Mediate efforts to enroll Oregonians in health insurance through the Oregon Health Plan and Qualified Health Plans, including extensive knowledge of eligibility and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and high-level problem solving. Attend events monthly throughout the state of Oregon to promote awareness of OHIM, provide updates regarding both the Oregon and Federal Marketplaces, and educating about health insurance options Provide application assistance at enrollment events, education and training at Rapid Response sessions, and attends other events and meetings as needed to promote and educate the public about OHIM, health insurance and financial assistance options, and eligibility questions, including events targeted towards diverse populations.

 Supervising of the processing operations of 20-30 customer service representatives in handling specialized health exchange applications. Expediting the work of redetermination requests, investigation on difficult or problematic applications Problem solving to resolve issues. Assisting in the creation and implementation of tracking spreadsheets, job aides, and specialized processes. Training new customer service representatives on processing specialized applications
