I geek out on things that most people stress over! Engaging, Recognizing, Rewarding, and Communication. Even Employment Law excites me! I am a dreamer and if you are around me long enough I will have you dreaming too. (Enneagram 7 here!) I believe that relationships make the world go round and smiles are contagious. I absolutely love helping others grow, develop and succeed. Your success is my success. I'm an Industrial Organizational Psychology geek! I'm forever grateful to my college professor who realized this way before I did and set me on my career path. I've spent 25 years in Human Resources roles specifically in the Talent areas.
