"The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do." - Steve Jobs. This quote captures my approach to life and work, where I lean into my strategic thinking and executing strengths to make things happen. I strive to do this through a lens of kindness and collaboration.I am incredibly passionate about driving change and innovation in the operations and sports sponsorship sectors. With over 15 years of experience, I have led transformative initiatives that have significantly impacted the industry, inspiring others to follow suit.As COO at Nielsen Sports South Africa, I've spearheaded transformative initiatives, including:📈 Automating business processes to increase efficiency👩🏻💻 Fostering the growth and development of a 17-person team🤝 Creating a clear vision and direction for the company✅ Implementing successful change management strategiesAs co-founder of SARTORI. Personal Brand Agency, I've empowered South African female athletes, particularly netball players, to compete internationally, as well as the business's recent focus on influencers to advance their careers. Inspired by Mother Teresa's words: "If you want to change the world, go home and love your family." I believe in the power of family and living a life of purpose. Outside work, I embrace a sustainable lifestyle in our coastal town, prioritising well-being and quality over quantity. However, my passion for innovation is always present – you'll find my home filled with Apple's latest tech, creating a comfortable and efficient space for my family and the ideal space to work remotely.I am also grateful for my dual citizenship in South Africa and Italy; it has given me a broader perspective on life and work. South Africa will always be home, but I love the opportunity to travel and learn about new cultures and places, something that my mother instilled in me from an early age. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals and expanding my network, so please reach out if you’d like to start a conversation.
