I am a Director in the Corporate Program, advising Ceres member companies on sustainable business strategies, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. With more than a dozen years of experience in sustainability, I work directly with company leadership to strengthen and implement environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies. I also lead specific initiatives and projects related to The 21st Century Corporation: The Ceres Roadmap for Sustainability, focusing in particular on investor engagement and sustainable supply chains.

As a member of the Women's Human Rights Coordination group, I support campaign strategy and membership mobilization in AIUSA's efforts to promote and protect women's human rights.

* Manage Diversity and International Labor Relations Team. Spearhead all related research, advocacy, and policy initiatives, including Diversity Ratings, EEO and board diversity initiatives, the Calvert Women’s Principles, and the Gender Equality Principles Initiative. Report on progress to key executives and boards of directors.* Keynote speaker on issues of diversity, international labor relations, human rights, and general sustainability at conferences and to media, policy makers, nonprofit organizations, and investor groups, enhancing visibility and increasing sales for Calvert’s network of financial advisors. Recent speaking engagements include World Diversity Leadership Conference, Global Diversity Colloquium, and United Nations Global Compact-UNIFEM’s Equality Means Business. * Advise key Fortune 1000 and international executives on identifying key ESG impacts, developing and implementing ESG strategies, and increasing transparency and disclosure to strengthen positions as responsible global citizens. Recent engagements include ExxonMobil, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Symantec, Time Warner, and Timberland. * Benchmark sustainability and risk management issues for multiple sectors, including media, retail, telecom, and information and communications technologies. Research and track trends in diversity, international labor relations, human rights, and transparency and disclosure and communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders. * Develop sustainable investment guidelines and rating system for diversity, international labor relations, and employee health and safety, which are applied across 22 domestic and international funds. Perform ESG analysis on 1000+ domestic, international, and emerging market companies.

* Stop Violence Against Women Campaign Coordinator, Mid-Atlantic region. * Build coalitions to lobby at state and federal level on human rights issues, coordinating with field organizers and Mid-Atlantic regional staff as well as campaign staff, legislative coordinators, and group members. * Create and facilitate training workshops on women’s human rights and advocacy issues. Speak at group, state, and regional meetings, and other internal and external events.

* Relationship management liaison between NFDS and client, Calvert Group, Ltd. * Supervised staff of 6-8 employees, including hiring decisions, project assignments, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and professional development and training.
