Amy Carlson, artist, wife, builder, mother, student, designer, sister, advocate, daughter, teacher, dancer, friend, and woman, lives in the ability margin. Parkinson's Disease is a chaos in her life that interrupted a career in Construction Program Management, disrupted her lifestyle, and changed her view of the world forever. At age 51, 7 years post dx, Amy challenges others to meet living with a neurological diagnosis with power, grace, and acceptance. Her work in the arts is dedicated to expressing her experience of life.

As a volunteer ambassador with the Davis Phinney Foundation, I reach out to people in my community who are living with Parkinson's Disease and offer to provide support, information, and help finding resources.

As a volunteer board member I provide direction to the Lineage organization.
