I counsel clinics, agencies and remain heavily engaged in New York legislation as it relate to assisted family formation. I have a long history of non-profit engagement working with organizations committed to reproductive advocacy. I have served or am currently serving as a legal advisor, board member or executive on the board of the following organizations: RESOLVE: New England (Vice President and then President); Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy - SEEDSEthics (founding board member); Parents Via Egg Donation -PVED (legal advisor); Fertility Within Reach (strategic advisor); New York Attorneys for Adoption and Assisted Family Formation -NYAAFF (board of directors); RESOLVE: National Infertility Association, Advocacy Day (New York State Captain 2020 and 2021); Men Having Babies (member/legal advisory committee); Men Having Babies/Surrogacy Advisor (committee member).
