Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, leading multiple complex HR initiatives to include:• Leading talent and organizational development aspects of enterprise-wide organizational change initiative to build and staff new analytics/technology function and location of FBI, over 3,000 jobs and people affected (approx. $1B). Includes organizational design, culture creation, leadership structure and development, and communications• Defining and building HR/OD business partner role within CFO Office as pilot for implementation throughout the organization
