Engaged by Ross Auto Auctions to establish and build a company CRM that would help to grow the business through a crucial period of rebranding. Through persistent customer relationships management I was able to grow a strong database of clients for Ross Auto Auctions to engage across a variety of media platforms. Duties included managing marketing activities, developing marketing strategy and managing relationships with key clients.

After graduating with Honours and achieving the highest possible qualification for Speech & Drama Theory in 2009, fully qualifying me as a Speech & Drama Teacher, I began to work directly for the company I had the pleasure to be taught at for the previous 10 years of my speech and drama education. For the next three years I worked as a Speech and Drama Teacher for Communication in Action with Owner and Director, Julie McMenamin. Based at Clayfield College, I worked with up to 150 clients per week, preparing students for AMEB and Trinity College of London exams. This involved preparing exam material, running and coordinating group classes of up to 15 students and coaching students to develop the communication skills required to achieve consistently high results. I was also privileged to be involved in the production and coordination of several musical theatre productions performed at the Brisbane Power House. Students ranged from prep students, to senior high school and university student, and my coaching lessons taught them skills in communication, speech, drama, creative writing and public speaking.
