With over 25 years of experience in finance, business operations and accounting/advisory services, Amy is a seasoned and versatile CFO who leads with a passion for people development and building strong teams. Her financial leadership experience spans public, private, foreign-owned and PE-backed companies. Other areas of oversight have included commercial contracting, government pricing, supply chain, procurement, facilities and IT. As CFO, Amy oversees the finance, tax, and treasury functions, and provides strategic guidance on long-range planning, policies, accounting procedures, financial modeling, and reporting and analysis. She also has extensive experience in M&A and integrations, having played an integral role in several multi-million dollar transactions and implementations of SAP, Oracle, and various FP&A software. Amy consistently establishes finance as a business partner to the organization and drives performance to business objectives. She has experience as a Board Member at Verdesian, Chiesi USA, and a local non-profit, The Carying Place.She holds a CPA license in both Florida and North Carolina, and a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University.
