Helped build a corporate wellness program for a well-established finacial services firm headquartered in St. Louis. I provided health education, planned corporate events and well-being challenges for associates nationwide, and helped to connect people to their employee benefits.

I am a distributor of the most-researched nutritional product on the market. Juice Plus+ is the nutrition of 15 different fruits and vegetables and two whole grains in a capsule. It is changing the health and lives of people every day. I also provide information and ordering options for our Tower Gardens which allow you to grow fresh fruits and vegetables year round using aeroponics.

Greater St. Louis Area

Provided direction and support to team leaders in the areas of program delivery, member experience, leadership development, fiscal management, and philanthropy. I created, managed, and delivered on a 4.2M operational budget of the branch. I hired, on-boarded, supervised, evaluated and developed department leaders. I also managed a volunteer board of advisers motivating the group to help staff achieve strategic plan goals. In this role, I am most proud of achieving Y-USA Faculty level training status for LIVESTRONG at the YMCA. I am also an accomplished trainer in Facilitation Skills. Under my leadership, our branch added a net gain of 1755+ net member unit gain, achieved and exceeded our Annual Campaign goals, and continued to meet and exceed our budgeted contribution margins by $67,734 in 2016 and $78,200 in 2017. Our annual Trivia Night and Auction net was over $12,000 in 2018 which had doubled since I introduced the auction element in 2012. I also take great pride in my leadership that built two great collaborations with the St. Louis Housing Authority and Pedal the Cause.

I managed three departments at this vibrant branch of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis. I supervised the staff and Personal Trainers in the Fitness Center, managed the program and staff in our Group Fitness Program, and supervised the staff in our Gymnastics and Dance department. One of my greatest accomplishments during my time in this position was introducing and managing a silent auction to our annual Trivia Night. Proceeds from the event helped with our Annual Giving Campaign and I was able to produce $9,000 in extra event revenue during the three years in the position.

I managed a staff of 65 fitness instructors for a dual branch YMCA in the greater St. Louis area. We offered over 100 classes each week in two facilities including land based cardio and muscle-strengthening classes as well as specialized classes such as Turbo Kick, Zumba, and Spinning. Before leaving this branch, the facility was able to be branded an official Spinning site. I also taught several group exercise formats and was able to help create the first Zumbathon in the area helping to raise money for our Annual Giving Campaign.

I taught group fitness classes at this particular gym. As one of the first Group Exercise instructors at the site, I was able to help grow membership with my expertise in Turbo Kick, Pump, Zumba, and PiYo Live. One of the owner's goals was to increase the gender diversity at the gym. We were able to attract more females to fitness through the Group Exercise program.

I taught PiYo Live and Zumba at this community center in the heart of Clayton, MO. Because of my enthusiasm for teaching, I was able to help with Group Exercise revenue targets and member retention.

Kirkwood, Mo

Responsible for providing a space for belonging in the church for teens, I created programs aimed at providing a safe place for faith exploration. My accomplishments in my 7 year tenure included annual service trips where teens put their faith into actions with other teens from parishes in other cities. We traveled to New Orleans, Pittsburgh, and Auburn, AL. Other years, we hosted groups. I also created a 9 month Confirmation program culminating in a 3 day retreat for High School juniors and a separate program for 8th graders.

I managed the staff and students in three residence halls on this residential liberal arts college campus. I was mainly involved with First-Year students and helped to develop the First-Year student development program. I was also involved in the Campus Habitat for Humanity Group and traveled with students to South Florida to help rebuild communities devastated by hurricanes.
