Oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of 3.5 million dollar company for up to 20 employees/contractors. Manages HR functions along with PEO plan. Maintains consultant and employee best practices and develops protocols for company with CEO. Reports payroll, projections, budgets, financial status reports to the chief executive officer and supervises multiple functions of the business. In charge of firms government practice and GSA schedule. Handled acquisition financial reporting for multiple potential buyers.

Manages the day to day operations of the Washington, DC practice as well as accounting responsibilities. Amy also handles account management and assists in business development initiatives and government contracting. Extensive Federal Government contracts experience with GSA award win for company. She brings her knowledge of working with both patients and professionals—and administrative skills -- when working with CommCore’s clients. Recently, in her spare time, Amy worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at a local clinic.Amy received her associate’s degree in Medical Administration from Consolidated School of Business and an associate’s degree in Substance Abuse Rehabilitation from Northern Virginia Community College and Bachelor’s in Organizational Health Management at George Mason University.

Volunteer: Street Team for the Aftergrief book release at Motherless Daughters Hope Edelman. Provided marketing research to help promote the book release during COVID-19. Social media campaigns, market research, and created grief resource list with 30 other team mates. The goal is to destigmatize grief recovery as it is a life long journey.

Afta Shock® demonstrates that dedicated dancers never cease to be creative and continue to inspire others with the values of Hip Hop culture. Composed of adult dancers generally age 30 and older, Afta Shock® debunks the idea that Hip Hop is just a young person’s game. The troupe greatly strengthens the Hip Hop community by providing a platform for many older dancers of varying ages and dance experiences to join together and spread the love they have for this art form. Afta Shock®’s style is high-energy, old school Hip Hop, combining dance elements of where Hip Hop started to where and what it is today.
