Running an innovative and growing healthcare practice is not easy…my job is to make it look easy!I’ve spent the last 10 years in the healthcare space building the sustainable infrastructure of profitable and modernized healthcare practices of the future…today.As Practice Manager at Family Health Medical Services, I create a stable, profitable, and flexible company that is prepared and ready for unrestricted growth, change, and adaptability.I’m fortunate to have built a depth and breadth of healthcare experience through multidisciplinary practice management experience in private and corporate healthcare; family medicine, physical and occupational therapy, orthopedic, occupational medicine & urgent care as well as hospital administration. Today, I use this experience to help lead Family Health Medical Services by:- Leading, managing, and helping hold our leadership team accountable- Identifying the market needs to help increase brand awareness- Identifying patient needs and assisting in implementing within the practice- Overseeing daily operations- Assuring the organizations financial stability and growth- Increasing patient population - Successfully directing contractual agreements with Medicare and other health related vendors- Facilitating agreements of acquisitions and integrationsWhen I take a break from the healthcare world, I enjoy the great outdoors, a love for dogs, youth sports, and I love a great hike!
