Responsible for the coordination and delivery of Saints Foundation’s events and fundraising activities(charity arm of Southampton Football Club)Key duties included:Implementing a yearly calendar of events, whilst monitoring expenditure against realised income andprofits alongside KPI’s and objectives.Planning and delivering all events, including the Saints Foundation Charity Dinner, which raised over£100,000 and A Game of Two Halves which received over 92,000 live stream views on its inaugural event.Other notable events include: Saints Foundation’s Big Bike Challenge raising over £50,000 each year(cycle tour across the UK and Europe), Play on the Pitch and The Big Stadium Sleep Out; as part of theSouthampton FC x The Big Issue partnership.Organising various Southampton FC Player Experiences for valued supporters, including Lunch withFirst Team Manager Ralph Hassenhüttl, Free-Kick Masterclass with James Ward-Prowse, plus, Fifawith Virgil van Dijk and Table Tennis with Sadio Mane as part of the Southampton FC x Mary’s Mealspartnership.Designing of event marketing materials in Adobe Software, including promotion for events, eventday collateral, social media graphics and sponsorship proposals and presentations for delivery toprospective sponsors/partners of events.Running the Saints Super Draw, bringing in over £30,000 of revenue each season.Line managing the Fundraising Event Assistant and a pool of over 30 casual members of staff.Cultivating and account managing headline partners connected to events, including negotiating termsand conditions of partnerships to achieve mutual benefits and exposure.Managing relationships with marketing and CRM teams to fully utilise contacts for communications,sales and marketing campaigns in line with GDPR.Implementing evaluation processes after each event to shape future working and delivering focusgroups to understand the motivations of Southampton FC fans when it comes to supporting the charity.

In 2014, I launched my own business providing affordable event management, fundraising and marketing solutions for organisations across the UK. Marketing involved both print and digital work designed on Adobe Software, including Photoshop and InDesign, website design and work with local press and radio. Clients included corporates, charities, schools and small businesses.

Responsibilities included: planning and delivery of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sports Awards. Working on the co-ordination and delivery of the County Sports Partnership’s Marketing and Communications activities. Co-ordination of a range of online and offline marketing and communications activities and campaigns. Creation of the monthly Sport Hampshire & IOW Newsletter, delivered to over 12,000 people.

Event Services Team at the Olympic Stadium during the Olympic Games (including Opening and Closing Ceremonies). Responsibilities included: VIP/Press accreditation and Athlete Lounge, crowd management, accreditation checking and stadium spectator management.
