My experience in building evaluation, lease negotiation, mark to market analysis and portfolio management provides a unique advantage for her team. For my clients, I regularly go through portfolio optimization exercises by analyzing badging data, space capacity and overall market conditions. Through these exercises, I am able to find and create opportunities to help clients become more efficient and generate savings. I am proficient in the JLL technologies like Portfolio Analytics Tool, Markets App, Blackbird, InSite and Lease Administration.I specialize in coworking research and transactions across the country. I closely monitors trends, pricing and activity across all coworking operators. Alongside with my portfolio management experience, I am also responsible for research and marketing for our Business and Economic Incentives Team.
