I currently serve as a pediatric occupational therapist in an educational setting at Aledo ISD. I previously served as an occupational therapist in a pediatric inpatient setting at Children's Medical Center of Dallas and in a pediatric home health setting at Theraplay Associates.I have a passion for working with children and young adults who have been affected by a disability, injury, or chronic illness. I recieved a masters degree from Texas Womans University in December of 2012 in occupational therapy. I completed my clinical experience at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas in a inpatient and outpatient setting and at The Children's Center in Bethany, Oklahoma in a pediatric inpatient rehabilitation and long term care facility.I graduated from Oklahoma State University in June 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science with a specialization in child and family services. From my education at Oklahoma State University I developed a passion and respect for working with non-profit organizations.
