Amy led Change Management and Adoption activities for a UK Building Society taking its first steps into Microsoft's Cloud. This has involved developing Change Management strategies, employee impact assessments, future skill analysis, training programmes, communication plans and leading a team to execute them in a way which maximises user adoption and value from from tools. A key focus has been on the adoption of Microsoft Teams as part of the wider M365 suite of productivity enhancing cloud tools.

Amy completed her CIPD qualification in Human Resources and continued to lead teams to bring modern HR practices to Financial Services clients.Amy led the 'People' workstream of a project for a British Multinational bank who was setting up a new business function. Her role involved:- Workforce planning to identify the skills and roles needed by the function and how to resource these in its start-up state through to growing to an organisation of 200 FTE- Development of a compelling Employee Value Proposition capable of attracting and retaining financial advisers able to provide an excellent and reliable customer service, while fitting with the function's cultural aims- Reviewing the bank's performance process and highlighting opportunities for the function to adopt modern, forward thinking approaches to performance management- Analysing the internal and external talent available in the market and devising a suitable reward approach for roles- Structuring a training approach capable of engaging a workforce while ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements present in the financial advisory marketPreviously, Amy was the Employee Engagement Lead on a Salesforce implementation for a Utilities client. The project saw the successful roll-out and user adoption of new Salesforce technology into their daily working lives, across two continents.

As a consultant within Capgemini's Employ Transformation team, Amy focused on HR projects while studying for her CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management.In her role as a HR Process SME within a Global Investment Bank, Amy worked on the development and roll out of a set of Recruitment, Performance and Reward best practices:- Collaborating with client stakeholders across the US, Asia and Europe to support their adoption of improved Recruitment processes. - Designed and implemented a set of ‘enabling templates’ which ensure the use of practices and behaviours the Bank seeks its HR Professionals and Hiring Managers to abide by.Process Modelling role at a Global Investment Bank:- Led live process modelling in a series of Global workshops to capture the as-is Level 3, 4 & 5 process steps which define the Bank’s approach to Procurement of Goods and Services.- Constructed maps according to Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) rules.
