Director of Community Outreach• Manage the Offender Program by:o Monitoring student progress and ensure accurate record keepingo Scheduling the programs’ classes, assign and monitor instructorso Collecting and assembling data for MCC and MDOC progress reportso Director supervision of program staffo Enforcing all offender program grant requirements and MDOC contractual obligations o Networking with MDOC staff to ensure program execution• Liaison between MCC and the Michigan Department of corrections (MDOC) for any coordination of additional grant. • Provide administrative oversight of MCC off-campus site(s) as assigned• Coordinate community outreach activities• Community committees such as Substance Abuse Advisory Council, Ionia - Montcalm Continuum of Care, Montcalm Adult Literacy Council, Ionia/Montcalm Military Supports Committee and Ionia/Montcalm Drug Court. • Liaison to the local Intermediate School Districts
