Current- Collaborate with Showroom team to define business requirements and work to translate them in customized Salesforce lead management solutions for consumers, and builders for all brands- Developed system for measuring net turnover by showroom, responsible for verifying over $66M in consumer and builder sales for 2024 YTD across 5 US showrooms. - Developed training programs for showroom staff, builder sales team, and retail partners. - Manage project hours and relationship with external Salesforce agency partner- Implemented pre & post visit lead nurturing journey communications throughout the consumer purchase cycle using Salesforce Marketing Account Engagement (Pardot) tool- Implemented Tableau-based Salesforce Analytics Studio/ Revenue Intelligence (formerly called Einstein Analytics).
