Lead the Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) Faculty Fellows biennual program that has 4-6 project teams conducting intensive course redesigns along with facilitating a community of 60+ former fellows from 2009 to present. Oversee the annual Faculty Engagement Awards where 8-15 faculty explore and incorporate innovative technology in classes in a pedagogical manner and share relevant findings. Guide collaborative teams to design, facilitate, and present the Teaching with Technology Series that focuses around TLT's initiatives including active learning, student success, digital fluency, and access and affordability.Serve on the Big Ten Academic Alliance’s Learning Technology Liaisons peer group including leading the 14 institution group during the 2023-2024 academic year. Serve as the team expert on immersive experiences, collaborations with the 19 commonwealth campuses, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging with educational technology.

Partnered with faculty in a consultative manner and worked on intensive course redesign projects around immersive experiences (XR) including virtual reality, augmented reality, 360 video, and 360 imagery. Created and conducted faculty engagement around TLT's initiatives including blended learning, digital fluency, and XR. Served on the Big Ten Academic Alliance’s Learning Technology Liaisons peer group and worked on large/strategic pedagogical projects for the university via the Faculty Fellows program. With the pivot to remote in 2020, was responsible for the pedagogical/technical aspect of converting New Student Orientation to an online format for all campuses/college resulting in over 100k students over 2 years. During this time also responsible for co-leading the university wide Course Liaisons with representative from each campus/college to disseminate and collect pertinent information, created the majority of sessions of the Engaging Student Series which had more than 2k faculty participants, and partnered with Global Programs to have commonly used in software in teaching along with up to five back-up technology suggestions each and training resources.

Worked in a split position with Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) and Shared Programs / Office of the Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses. For TLT provided instructional design expertise on large/strategic pedagogical design projects for the university, as well as, facilitated a university-wide Learning Design community with other members of the department. For Shared Programs, managed the design and development of blended/online/video-conferences courses for traditional age students. Led the support of shared programs by planning and leading faculty development initiatives, technology pilots, and operational support initiatives.

Led the design and development of hybrid/online courses including courses that were shared to other geographic locations. Worked with faculty to integrate proven instructional learning theories/strategies, course pedagogy, and course design to enhance the teaching and learning process in residential/traditional, flipped classroom, videoconferencing, hybrid, and online courses. Collaborated with faculty in the creation and integration of open educational resources. Designed and offered various faculty development opportunities.

Taught residential First-Year Seminar course that was partnered with an Introduction to Biology course and focused also on mentoring a student facilitator.

Oversee and support course outline, course shell, and textbook selection for consistency of over 20 course sections of CISC 101: Introduction to Technology per semester. Lead content/teaching methods and coordinate, lead, and track testing/assessment for accreditation purposes.

Teach online asynchronous, online synchronous, blended, and in-person Computer and Information Science classes such as "Introduction to Technology" utilizing the Blackboard Learning Management System. Hold interactive synchronous classes (optional for asynchronous course section), one-on-one office hours, and study sessions as part of the curriculum. Serve as Course Author for select revisions of the Master Course to be utilized for all online faculty.

Collaborate with full-time faculty Gateway Course Coordinator to co-create course shell by faculty across modalities, update the course outline and ensure transfer agreements to local universities, and provide advice and perspective of the adjunct online experiences.

Managed Instructional Technology department that included five team members and led the evaluation, vendor selection, and adoption of various instructional technologies. Provided expertise and guidance to faculty and staff on the use of technologies in campus and online learning environments. Served as administrator and procurement manager of technologies such as Blackboard and iTunes University. Oversaw the annual learning space design program of a competitive faculty-driven selection process, budget of multiple classroom projects, hiring and coordination of outside vendors, and implementation of the latest technology-driven active learning classrooms on three different geographical campus locations.Worked with the Office of Online Learning on the design, development, and continual improvement of a portfolio of over 170 non-credit and credit-based online courses.

Evaluate higher education online courses to assess the quality of the online course design and online components according to the Quality Matters rubric for a variety of institutions throughout the United States.

Designed and developed interactive e-learning courses for the Regulatory Compliance Training department. Created template for e-learning courses for fifteen member team geographically dispersed in North America and Europe for a global scale. Maintained e-learning course listings within the course catalog. Assisted in the administration of the learning management system.
