As a senior member of Penn's central Development and Alumni Relations, Marketing and Communications team, planned and developed projects and managed staff to meet a full range of communications needs of the Office of the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations. Conceived, researched, wrote, and edited persuasive messages for Penn's top executives and leadership volunteers that ensured strategic alignment, accuracy, and consistency of messaging. Editor of a targeted, high-end print magazine focused on the impact of leadership philanthropy from Penn's highest level donors.

Managed the successful completion of the Center's first capital campaign by building a coordinated program of individual giving; engaging its broad, intellectual community; and diversifying funding streams. Partnered with Board of Directors, corporate sponsors, outside consultants, and staff to cultivate new and existing sources of support.

Working in partnership with Board of Trustees and volunteer women’s boards, managed fundraising campaigns and events, directed media and community relations, and built an extensive educational outreach program for students in nearby counties. Served as company spokesperson and legislative liaison; developed and managed the production of promotional materials; directed the institute's rebranding effort and created a modern identity for the organization; and oversaw a database conversion.
