As a team we deliver several high volume recruitment campaigns which include national signaller recruitment and national graduate and apprentice recruitment campaigns - we're very busy but we love what we do! 🩷 It’s my job to partner up with my client areas to plan the early careers assessment activities to deliver the overall recruitment needs for national graduate and apprentice campaigns. I plan big scale assessment events whilst monitoring application pipelines to ensure optimal success; all whilst keeping candidate experience at the heart of what I do.As assessment centre manager and to up to me to make sure assessment centres are well coordinated and managed. I’m responsible for hosting briefing sessions with business assessors where I explain format, manage expectations brief business assessors on assessment material etc. We manage over 50,000 applications from candidates each year and are dedicated to running fair, reliable and valid recruitment processes. We challenge ourselves in achieving the best EDI outcomes for the business so that our candidate pools are diverse and reflective of the communities we serve.

The Redeployment Services team are committed to maintaining job security for Network Rail employees; ensuring that we retain valuable knowledge, skills and experience of our employees.
