- Complete administrative and directorial duties for a community mental health center specializing in the treatment of adult survivors of prolonged and repeated trauma. Direct and oversee a specialty focus in mental health treatment for LGBTQ+ individuals with histories of trauma. Clinical services are provided by predoctoral clinical psychology trainees and predoctoral psychology interns.- Supervise a part-time student Clinic Coordinator on administrative duties related to client screenings, assigning clients to therapist caseloads, and any other client concerns.- Supervise a part-time clinician who provides additional adjunctive clinical supervision.- Responsible for tracking and monitoring ~100 clients seen each week.
