I am proactive and results-oriented, able to lead and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Previously, I was with the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and with the University of San Diego School of Business, where I launched digital marketing initiatives. I have also led award-winning redesigns of websites, created message architecture, implemented content and product strategies and led multi-generational shared-services teams.I was previously the director of marketing and communications at ProLiteracy, where I led web redesigns, refreshed the organizational brand and executed national conferences. I have also held positions as communications manager for the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University; news manager in Syracuse University’s Office of News Services; and deputy director of communications and media relations in CARE’s Office of Public Policy. A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, I served in Cape Verde, West Africa, from 1998-2000.I hold a MS in communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, a MFA in writing from George Mason University and a BFA in visual arts from the Corcoran College of Art and Design.
