  As the leader of INRAD optics I have a responsibility to our customers, our employees and our shareholders. It's my job to create a vision for our organization that will provide sustainable growth and return value. I am continually assessing our capabilities and resources in terms of building and executing on that vision. I also serve as our CCO-Chief Culture Officer-and I work hard in that role to mentor younger employees, as well as challenge and excite our longtime contributors. My team and I are driven to plan and execute that plan in order to be competitive and achieve profitability while delivering products with extraordinary optical specifications. We are currently developing new optical materials for applications in growth areas like nuclear threat detection.Inrad Optics is one of the photonic industry’s seminal crystalline products companies. We initially built a reputation on our ability to grow and fabricate crystalline materials to exceptional quality levels. Today, we are a vertically-integrated photonics manufacturer offering exceptional quality crystalline materials and devices, fabricated high precision optical glass, and metal optics components and opto-mechanical assemblies. Our components and value-added photonic devices are used in a wide variety of defense, aerospace, laser, medical, process control and metrology applications.
