I work with the product owners to ensure that we are providing excellent support and to discuss any enhancements or issues that need to be resolved with our ITO resources. I participate in several groups to facilitate overarching company objectives regarding Continuing Professional Education for accountants, new business lines and IT objectives - such as the use of AI in our products.

Direct roadmap for three applications for clients, including Accountancy Licensee Database (ALD), National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Rules Engine Service, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Audit Service. Facilitate adoption of products by Boards of Accountancy and other stakeholders while leveraging presentations, training, and communication. Lead team of account managers into best practices for documentation, product management, and case management for utilization with the ALD, Rules Engine Service and CPE Audit Service. Create business plan to build an API for the public facing version of the ALD (CPAVerify). ● Initiated standard customer support practices with my Account Managers for all of my areas’ applications using Salesforce and Smartsheet, along with regular touchpoints, trainings and Zoom webinars for all product users.● Created the business requirements to modernize the ALD with enhanced user functionality, administrative tools and reporting to bring the legacy product into a modern user interface.● Coordinated efforts to establish a unique identifier that will link data in multiple NASBA systems, allowing information to be shared between exam candidate data in the Gateway system and licensee data in the ALD.

Led development of a new business model for external clients to license access to components of the CPE Audit Service platform and the accounting (CPE) rules engine while ensuring compliance with all state Accountancy Board CPE rules. Developed and executed strategies to deploy new clients on the CPE Audit Service as well as to migrate current clients. Organized eventual migration of existing client data to new audit service. Assisted in maintaining the legacy CPE tracking platform for existing clients during design and development of new CPE Audit Service.● Accelerated development of new CPE Audit Service platform while coordinating with the IT department and analyzing business requirements and documentation. ● Facilitated licensing of Rules Engine by external parties as well as evaluated technical and business documentation on application.

Managed development of the CPE tracking platform while developing the CPE Audit Service platform to cover all 55 Boards of Accountancy. Examined potential platform and business rules management system vendors to select replacements for current software platform and rules engine. Planned development of new platform solution, the CPE Audit Service, to replace the legacy CPE tracking system while delivering guidance to the IT development team. Liaised with the IT department and three continuing education providers to create pilot program and researched a business model to allow the rules engine component of CPE Audit Service to be licensed by external clients in user interface. ● Succeeded in assessing the feasibility of expanding a data upload process to potentially thousands of CPE providers.● Strengthened the functionality of the system and quality of the user interface while ensuring accuracy of State Board Continuing Professional Education (CPE) rules programming.
