As a Client Services Specialist my duties included but were not limited to helping clients with whatever human service need they were seeking. I completed crisis applications as well as fuel assistance and electric assistance applications. I assisted clients who were in emergency status. I also assisted with basic needs such as food pantry packages and scheduling appointments or giving general information and making referrals to other agencies. I was responsible for compiling statistical reports daily and also assisting the supervisor with monthly and annual reports.
