As an accomplished and polished executive, I bring an extraordinary record of achievement in planning and leading strategic initiatives across large, complex organizations. I lead from behind the scenes, guiding and enabling nonprofit leaders to focus on critical issues. I consider myself a one-person operations department, called upon to solve problems both large and small. Known for my ability to connect theory with reality and put ideas into practice, I build teams and cultures where everyone is positioned for success. In my current role with Covenant House Michigan, I am a gatekeeper and partner to the CEO to work with the board and other stakeholders to ensure that together, we advance the organization’s mission. This past year, I managed and reported on a $1M annual budget, cultivated relationships with corporate and community partners, and maintained communication between the organization and the community we serve. In previous roles with Girl Scouts Councils throughout Michigan, I directed programs, training retreats, and special events.
