Founder & CEO of ÈSSIRI Labs, Creator of Èyes Are The Story, Amy is also Executive Director and Co-Creator of TFOS, Founder of the Italian & International Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums, startup advisor, and author. She is spearheading a global initiative committed to research & advancement of next-generation vision through the cross-pollination of biotech, life sciences & tech. Amy also created the Dry Eye Diva® initiative, dedicated to expanding awareness about how cosmetics impact the ocular surface.Before starting TFOS, Amy worked with the technology & financial sectors. She dabbled in dot.coms with MS&L, where she provided public relations counsel for clients seeking to build and maintain visibility among the domestic and international market analysts & business & trade press communities. She focused on strategic branding, e-commerce and media relations. Prior to MS&L, Amy managed the IBM Software International media relations account for Brodeur Worldwide. She was an agency representative & liaison between IBM geographies, in which she promoted & supervised IBM U.S. initiatives abroad for EMEA, Asia-Pacific & the Americas. Amy co-founded the Italian & International Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums. She is building global awareness for the Museums’ collections, particularly showcasing exhibits for the visually impaired, multi-sensory experiences so that the blind can ‘see’ art. Amy began her career in international business and branding with Fidelity Investments, where she developed public relations strategies for FIIS, both for the US and South America. Amy speaks multiple languages including English, French, Italian, Spanish and basic Portuguese. Between Paris & Boston, she has also lived in England, Italy, Argentina and Spain as well as traveled extensively throughout the world. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Boston University in Mass Communication and Public Relations. Dual American & Italian citizenship.
