I held progressively broader and more strategic positions within Fidelity Supply Management. My contracts varied but in my final year I managed over $140 million in contracts and commodities. I reviewed pricing, negotiated with suppliers, determined payment methods, and used auction or sourcing tools to get the best pricing for the corporation. I was responsible for mailing services, transportation, office supplies, capital equipment, subscriptions, and audit services for multiple US and international locations

I was a Buyer working with the Facilities Development and Maintenance group building new retail stores and maintained existing stores. I issued purchase orders, and contracts for displays, signage, furniture, and warehousing for the new stores. I worked with suppliers on existing store maintenance such as building maintenance, janitorial services, new flooring, furniture replacement, and other services for the established retail stores. My responsibilities included sourcing new suppliers, establishing relationships between stores and suppliers, analyzing new purchases, and auditing invoices to maintain correct pricing. With an expansion into Canada, and the UK, I established new suppliers for assigned commodities. Worked with project teams on new low and high end concept store construction.
