Senior Human Resources Analyst
CurrentEstablishes and maintains confidential personnel records and reports. Works closely with other departments, managers/consultants/coordinators in assessment and updating company policies and program processes. Create/Edit/Update Job Descriptions/Duty Statements. Payroll processing and salary administration. Employee health benefits enrollment. Employee deferred compensation contributions, tracking, and records keeping. Knowledge of California Brown Act requirements. Implements principles and practices of complex programs and operations; establishes operational strategies; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.
