Venue began our relationship with UPS as a start up ecommerce retailer where our UPS support person was located out of state. As our business expanded we were informed that based on our volume we would begin having a local Los Angeles based field representative calling on us in person. We were very excited to hear that our support would improve based on our incredible growth of over $200m in annual retail sales. After going through two non-effective field representatives trying to understand our issues we were asking UPS to go back to the person who supported us on the phone back in Texas. Surprisingly we had much better support from a person out of state than our local representatives. Our local UPS Manager got involved and ensured us we would get the needed support. That’s where Amy came to the rescue; Amy quickly took charge and spent the needed time understanding our business issues.
