I was hired as a research assistant for multiple health education programs. The most prominent was the HPV attitudes and behaviors survey funded by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention through Dr. Ellen Daley at USF. In this study I was responsible for interviewing and educating research subjects on the Human Papilloma Virus and Thin Prep testing process as well as administering surveys and counseling subjects who tested positive for HPV. I also did statistical analysis of YRBSS results for Hillsborough County Schools using SPSS to report on the health behaviors of their students.
