Corfe Coffee is a charity ran community coffee shop project. For six months I have been supporting the management team during a time of transition by using my expertise in coffee shop management to advice as well as helping to develop the team of paid and volunteer staff. During this time I helped to improve operating procedures; including implementing an EPOS till system, utilising the system to manage stock and sales to meet the business needs.
