In my practice, I empower professionals to change their mindset about job searching and/or career advancement. By supplying my clients with the most current job search strategies, I am not only able to get them on the right career path, but equip them with invaluable life-changing knowledge and counsel. For example while partnering with clients, I support and guide them to stretch, seek, and achieve the highest level of career fulfillment possible through high-touch coaching interaction.Together, we develop a career-focused marketing plan, ranging from career definition to resume development to job search strategies. As well, I furnish leaders and executives with step-by-step strategies designed to drive already successful careers to new heights. With collaborative input, initiative, energy, and execution from clients, most accelerate their search process with offers of better positions with higher salaries from preferred companies. For me success is not only measured by the amount of interviews or job offers that one receives, but from the confidence that is gained along the journey. My passion is in inspiring others to achieve their full potential by providing expert career advice that has direct impact and can be applied to many aspects of my client’s life.

In this role, I led the design and implementation of customized training and development programs/workshops for both managers and employees. By offering competencies in Leadership Fundamentals, Career Development, Change Management, Communication & Leadership/Career Assessments & Tools, I was able to meet a wide array of functional and individual needs.My highlights included generating measurable productivity improvements by delivering polished verbal presentations, conducting individual needs assessments, and recommending solutions that met the requirements of a diverse population. With an easy-going professional approach, I also developed excellent rapport with staff and participants.

During this time, I drove career transition services for hundreds of career professionals, career movers, and career changers. This included facilitating three-day career workshops from start to finish in Career Assessments, Resume/Interview Preparation, Job Search Tools, Successful Salary Negotiations, and Effective Job Transition. My successes include supplying participants with a wealth of knowledge, tools, and resources to better navigate their job search and propel careers to the next level. In addition, I prepared and rehearsed interviewing techniques that improved candidates’ comfort, composure, and confidence during the vetting process.
