But after you have answered these questions then create a research group of unbiased participants asking questions that determine their current situation and their desired outcome. When choosing your ideal client do not be like a digital marketer that relies on demographics. These are the lowest hanging fruit to drive up clicks. When they are getting you clicks, they will say things like, "I am setting up the ball - It's your job to hit it out of the park."First, ensure you can duplicate the model market on demand before putting the burden of scaling your success on others. 2. When you are scaling a business do not rely on the strategy of giving your market more options. This strategy is intended to give people “a taste” of your brand. However, it only weakens the credibility of your prized solution. Sending your most important clientele to go somewhere they don’t “stack” offers. When you are climbing to the next revenue level in your business choose only those services and products that are bringing in the most revenue, consistent and repetitive.If you choose to scale through brand new offers you will be like the owner who spent $18,000 per month for a bunch of clicks from people that weren’t excited about the solution he gave.
