Providing recruitment and on-boarding support to develop the South Australia regional chapter of AIESEC in Australia.As regional support I worked as liaison between the national AIESEC office and the regional team to create a membership base for exchange and exchange support operations in the region. Reach was to 3 universities, with major recruitment and marketing campaigns at 2 universities to bring AIESEC's leadership development opportunities to the region.- Talent planning and recruitment strategy creation and execution- Education and induction of membership- Sales and marketing of Global Leader program to UniSA and AU studentsSuccessfully implemented 2 major campaigns, 300 sign ups, and achieved goal of creating a committee of 60 active members (recruited 45 new in this month), one preliminary induction with planning for major induction conference.

Interns gained leadership experience through class management and structure, and understanding Australian social issues through volunteering.Development - I assisted in the creation of a course structure and outline, promoted the course to university students, and liaised with externals to create volunteering opportunities for the interns.Delivery - ensured that the course ran smoothly, hosted the interns.

Participated in a 6 month high school exchange program in France.Was a part of the Première Literaire (equivalent: year 11 social science major) stream during this time.This exchange program allowed me to develop cross cultural understanding, independence, advanced French language skills, international education experience, communication skills, and cross cultural representation. It increased adaptability and flexibility in facing new environments, and other relations skills.
