Currently seeking opportunities with companies that have similar values as myself - or where I can bring my values and make a positive impact on the working environment.I am keen to make use of my skills and knowledge to support not-for-profit organisations - whether that be through employment or my contributions at various voluntary events throughout the year. So far I have volunteered my time with various charities: Air Ambulance, British Heart Foundation, and Fareshare - gaining and developing a wide variety of transferable skills, most notably communication, due to the nature of voluntary work, I have had the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of people, both as colleagues and customers. These opportunities have enabled me to communicate well - oral and written - along with providing the confidence to present information to a variety of audiences. Constantly seeking to improve, I hope to continue learning and developing my leadership skills - I have the strong will and desire to overcome my weaknesses and challenge myself. Having recently taken it upon myself to stand out from the crowd, I have participated in numerous extra-curricular activities, such as; eqquiped2lead, Thinkubator, and Grads4Nottm.Initiatives such as these have enabled me to become a well-rounded individual, with my undergraduate degree providing the technical skills and knowledge to allow me to pursue a career in finance. I hope that the skills, drive, and experience I have to offer will provide me with further opportunities in the future.
