My position: responsible for ensuring successful implementation and rollout of the K-12 solution, Naviance, with schools and school districts. Serve as a technical and business advisor to employ best practices and project management methodology to guide members to effectively use the solution to meet business requirements and ensure member satisfaction. Responsible for mitigating project risk by managing the project plan, communications plan, tasks, deliverables, timelines, and coordinating resources in adherence to the terms outlined in service level agreements and/or statements of work. Single point of contact for the member on all aspects related to the Naviance implementation.
