I am currently meeting and exceeding all areas of the Teaching Standards, have built excellent relationships with my Year 4 class which have impacted their progress, particularly in Maths, and have also set up a successful after-school club which has enriched pupils' experiences since returning school, focusing on interest in STEM and teamwork. I worked with parents and delivered regular parent's meetings to discuss progress and provide an individual learning programme for all learners. I regularly tutored and modelled great practice in the centre as well as running our specialist courses such as 11+ and Succeed in Secondary for children aged 11 - 15.
