Responsible for developing internal and external marketing collateral, and maintaining existing content to ensure it is up to date and consistent throughout the firm’s various platforms, including the firm's website, intranet, social media channels, newsletter and branding materials. Built and maintained SharePoint pages to house documents, track award submissions and highlight special occasions such as our firm’s centennial celebration. Built and maintained multiple knowledge management databases to be used for attorney pitch meetings and departmental organization. Assembled print and electronic materials for attorney pitch meetings. Coordinated and executed on-site corporate events by preparing invitations/promotional materials, room set-up, attendee registration, running webinars and administering the call-in help line. Maintained marketing materials for attorneys, practice groups and industries in print form and on the firm’s website. Coordinated an internal charity drive to benefit legal aid organizations. Coordinated, prepared and mailed a monthly newsletter for the firm’s largest practice group to be sent to top clients. Set up mass mailings to advertise attorney publications and speaking engagements. Assisted in assembling and submitting award submissions, including Chambers & Partners USA and Legal 500. Maintained and updated the website with firm news and attorney publications. Assisted in assembling research reports for key firm clients to aid in cross-selling efforts. Prepared research reports for attorney pitch meetings using products such as LexisNexis AtVantage and Bloomberg Law.

Served as the Marketing Department’s main point of contact for a firm of approximately 370 people. Assisted in coordinating and executing on-site corporate events, including preparing materials, handling room set-up and attendee registration, and administering the call-in help line. Maintained marketing materials and biographies for the firm's attorneys to use in client pitch materials. Contributed to the launching of a new firm website by populating and proofing content, editing URL’s, testing links to ensure proper functionality and continuing to maintain with relevant firm news. Maintained over 155,000 contacts within InterAction database, set up mass mailings, troubleshot errors and regularly assisted users.

Analyzed markets around our clients’ new and existing stores to create and revise buys that effectively reach their coverage and budgetary goals using unique software to compare the coverage range of each publication.

Helped generate interest in the team and establish a fan base through cold calls to area businesses to obtain sponsorship opportunities, and sell season and group tickets. Assisted with games and team events, such as player tryouts and promotional events.
